LYRIC PIANO started in 1960 as a supplier of piano parts and accessories to piano manufacturers.  In 1968, the company started manufacturing pianos for the domestic market.  In 1975, Lyric started exporting pianos.

The product lines of the company are pianos and other musical instruments.  Lyric started manufacturing pianos under its own brand and label:  LYRIC TRADITIONAL, LYRIC INTERNATIONAL, LYRIC MODERNE, LYRIC ELEGANTE, EISENBERG, OSAKI and KINSBERG.  Lyric also carries a wide variety and models of LYRIC guitars, violins, cellos, keyboard, and more.

In order to meet the local demand for imported pianos, Lyric earned the distributorship of the Korean musical instrument brand SAMICK and the American piano brand KOHLER & CAMPBELL. Distribution rights for American brands WURLITZER and BALDWIN pianos soon followed. In 1998, Lyric assumed the exclusive local distributorship of the German piano brand STEINWAY & SONS, and its subsidiary brands, BOSTON AND ESSEX. Lyric also carries the exclusive distributorship of the most advanced piano player in the market, PIANODISC.

In the provinces of Visayas and Mindanao area, Lyric supplies sub-dealers with brand new and reconditioned pianos and musical instruments. Lyric regularly imports from all their foreign suppliers for distribution to all its regular sales outlets.

Latest in the company’s brand lineup are brand new KAWAI pianos, organs and digital pianos. Lyric also acquired distribution rights for ESP guitars, NORD keyboards, MEINL cymbals, DRUM WORKSHOP drums, and D.A.S. speakers, among many others.

In order to support its sales outlets, Lyric has a well-organized service center with well-trained staff and technicians. Technicians are trained in Japan (Kawai) and Germany (Steinway & Sons) to fully support and maintain all the musical instruments in good playing condition. Lyric also maintains a spare parts and accessories sales outlet to fully supply all the instruments it carries with original parts from foreign manufacturers.
