Lyric also serves customers who want to have their pianos evaluated. Lyric technicians can visit the customers' homes to inspect the pianos. After appraisal, customers have the options of having the piano repaired at home or in the Lyric service center (depending on the condition of the piano) and trading the piano for a brand new one available in Lyric's stores.
