In order to support its sales outlets, Lyric has a well-organized service center with well-trained staff and technicians. Technicians are trained in Japan and Germany to fully support and maintain all the musical instruments in good playing condition.

Lyric's technicians can do home visits for inspection, tuning and repair of pianos. For pianos that require extensive repairs, Lyric can bring damaged pianos to the service center for thorough restoration.

Lyric also maintains a spare parts and accessories sales outlet to fully supply all the instruments it carries with original parts from foreign manufacturers.
